Life happens. No matter how well we plan and prepare, we will continue to encounter challenges and obstacles. Sometimes it seems like it’s one damn thing after another until we feel like we’ve reached a dead end and can’t move forward. When this happens, it’s time to ask yourself a very simple question: “So what?” We don’t ask this question to dismiss the situation. In fact, the opposite is true. What we really have to ask is: “What are my next steps in the face of this challenge? How do I deal with this problem? What can I do to make the situation better?” We can identify the problem and learn from it Learn your lesson, decide what’s next, and move on instead of wallowing in self-pity.
