Satisfyer pro cant feel anything?

So im used to the rose vibrator and lemme tell you that thing is amazing. But heard so many good things about the satisfyer pro like its the best and what not so i bought it ro try it. But i cant feel much? I thought i was the problem and double checked like the satisfyer is fully charged and the rose gets me good in the 1st setting. So im left confused if i got a faulty item or am i the problem or what?
