satisfyer pro 2-is the second generation broken?

I received my Satisfier in January and it has been working great but now it won’t turn on, even after fully charging it. It will stop flashing and just show a red light indicating it is fully charged and then it won’t turn on. I have also tried leaving it charging overnight and it still won’t turn on. After it is fully charged if I take it off the charger and put it back it will flash again like it is not charging. I ordered it through adam & eve but I can’t find my order confirmation or anything and my account shows I don’t have any past orders so I basically have no proof of purchasing it other than the bill on my card. (I’m not sure if that would work if I contact customer service) Is there anything I can do to fix this? I have no idea what is going on with it. I don’t use it in the water, I store it like any of my other toys and they are all fine.
