Satisfyer double kiss not working properly

(Not sure if the flash is correct) I’ve been using the Satisfyer Double Kiss toy for over 2 years now. I love it (mostly use the suction feature) and I’ve always been impressed by its long battery life. But lately I’ve had to charge it after almost every use. I noticed last night that when I try to turn on the pulse it comes on for a second and then goes off; when I try to turn on the vibration everything works fine. I asked my friend who bought the same model as me and she noticed this issue too. Has anyone experienced this as well? Is there anything I can do about it? Or do I have to buy myself a new toy? Any recommendations for something similar with suction/air pulse?
