design
The OSUGA Flow is a nifty triple stimulation rabbit vibrator. Usually, “triple stimulation” vibrators make me think of clitoral/G-spot/anal, but the OSUGA Flow actually stimulates the G-spot, clitoris, and urethral opening. I’ve never had a toy like this before, so I was curious.
Design-wise, the OSUGA Flow is really great. It’s crescent-shaped, but flexible enough to form a tight U. The G-spot arm is narrow, but curved and bulbous, the urethral arm is short and slightly flexible, and the clitoral arm is large, broad, and firm.
The image below shows how to insert the OSUGA. As you can see, your goal is to hit 3 contact points simultaneously.
Just to be clear, when I say “urethral opening stimulation,” I don’t mean that you’re trying to open up your urethra. You’re just stimulating the area where the urethral opening is.
The OSUGA Flow is also IPX7 water-resistant, rechargeable, and coated in a silky matte silicone.
I bought it in purple and a light lavender. It also comes in pink and white.
How to use the OSUGA process
- There are two buttons on the OSUGA Flow: Power and Rest.
- To turn it on, click the Power button.
- Insert the long arm of the OSUGA Flow into your vagina, angling it over your G-spot. Place the shortest arm over your urethral opening and the larger vibrating bump over your clitoris.
- Click the power button again to cycle through the 4 vibration intensities and 7 patterns. All motors will vibrate simultaneously.
- When you are ready to start edging, remove the vibrator (or simply press the Rest button to switch Flow to Rest mode. The vibrator will then go into a gentler vibration mode).
- When you’re done, press and hold the power button or rest button again to turn it off.
Be sure to read through the user manual for complete instructions and guidelines.
Package
The OSUGA Flow comes neatly packaged in a simple white box. Open the lid and you’ll find the vibrator resting gently on a foam pad. I always love this kind of packaging for gift giving.
All in all, you’ll receive the OSUGA Flow, a premium charging cable, the user manual, and a string bag big enough to hold everything.
Material and Care

arrive TOLLconnect the magnetic end of the USB charging cable (included) to the two silver pins on the back of the dock. Connect it to your computer or USB wall adapter. A full charge takes about 2 hours, giving you 1 hour of use in boost mode and 2 hours in rest mode.
My experience with OSUGA Flow
The OSUGA Flow is designed to encourage you to practice edging, but I don’t use it the way the instructions suggest. The instructions suggest using the Acceleration mode and then physically moving the Flow away to edge… then using the Rest mode to cool down before trying for the next orgasm. Instead, I use the Acceleration mode to get close to orgasm, then use the Rest mode to bring it down a bit, then slowly build up again.
If you haven’t tried edging before, you’re missing out. Edging is the process of getting close to orgasm, then backing off to let the orgasm build again, then backing off, and so on, until you can’t stop yourself from orgasming. In my experience, it leads to extremely intense orgasms that are more satisfying than a quickie.
For me, the rest mode on the OSUGA Flow works like an edger. When I use it, if I get too close to orgasming, I just hit the rest button and the OSUGA Flow automatically drives my edging process, dialing everything back for me, and then building back up. It’s awesome.
How strong is this?
The OSUGA Flow gets moderately/fairly strong at max power. Most of the vibration is in the G-spot and clitoral motor, which is what I prefer. It’s not enough to satisfy a power queen, but it satisfies me, and I usually need higher vibrations.
What about urethral stimulation? Hmm. To be honest, I don’t think I’m really the type of girl who likes urethral stimulation, but I’m glad I’m officially trying it now. I personally feel happier without the urethral arm, as I find that arm to be too tight and uncomfortable at times. I think I’ve decided that I just want my own urethral opening. However, if you know you like this kind of stimulation, you might get a treat.
OSUGA Flow Review – Overall Thoughts
I’ve been reviewing sex toys for nearly a decade, so it’s rare that I come across a toy I haven’t tried. The OSUGA Flow performs well as a rabbit, and I personally really like the rest mode feature as I use it to automatically drive my own edging orgasms. For those of you who already know you like stimulation of the urethral opening, this may be one of your wish lists…it’s rare to find toys that specifically target the urethral opening.
