A relationship counselor believes that the trick to maintaining a happy romantic relationship is to do housework with other important people every day.

“When you share or even have small chores, you show each other that you are equal,” Dr. Hannah Lawson told The Daily Mail.

Surprisingly, small tasks such as loading a table or dishwasher together might make more sense and have a more influential impact on relationships than “big romantic gestures”, according to Lawson.

Often, the feeling of resentment is compensated when a person in a relationship (usually a woman) is left to check the matter for the family list.

When two people perform trivial tasks, it not only makes a couple feel like a team working together, but it also makes two people have meaningful conversations side by side.

“Think of it as a small daily ritual that rewards you with trust, respect and stronger emotional connections,” the expert told The Outlet.

To be in love happiness, besides making dishes together, one study shows that moments of silent with the rest of yours can be a sign of a healthy relationship.

“Consider two exchanges between romantic partners: they look into each other’s eyes, share intimacy and mutual understanding, or express judgment and dissatisfaction at a glance, because they now have a common understanding that one partner makes another give up on the other.”

“In both cases, nothing was said, but a lot was conveyed.”

To draw this interesting conclusion, a team of researchers at the University of Reading conducted four different studies to understand how silence moments affect relationships.

A group of study participants were asked to recall the last time they were silent with their partner and the silence that led to their partner.

Another group was asked about the same thing, but only happened in previous unhealthy relationships. The study participants were also asked how the moment of silence came about and how they felt.

According to the reaction, it seems that the moment of malicious silence brings negative feelings, and natural silence is related to intimacy and intimacy.
