Tantra does not have to be daunting.

It has nothing to do with acrobatics. It’s not about having a show. And, it absolutely doesn’t require your partner to yell in Sanskrit or stare at your soul for 45 minutes (unless they want to)!

The core of Tantra is about being, connection, and pleasure.

If you are curious about incorporating Tantric principles into your relationship, but your partner is a little…skeptical – there are several gentle, stress-free ways to start:

1. slow. everything. down.

We live very quickly. We love quickly. We even get in touch quickly.

The next time you are together, consciously slow down. Keep your hands on. Stop between kisses. Let each moment stretch for a longer time. This shift in rhythm alone can be incredible.

2. Pay attention to breathing.

Your breathing is one of the simplest but most powerful tools in Tantra. Try synchronizing your breath with your partner for a few minutes. Or, take a deep breath while touching them, breathing slowly – how it calms your nervous system and enhances sensations.

3. Eye contact – but make it soft.

We often get used to closing our eyes in close relationships so much that we forget the power of appearance. In quiet moments, only 10–15 seconds of gentle eye contact can build trust and emotional intimacy without saying a word.

4. Abandon the goal.

One of the core Tantric ideas is to let go of orgasm as the final game. Instead, focus on happiness. curious. explore. Make enough experience.

5. You don’t have to call it Tantra.

You just need to show intentions, presence and some curiosity.

Adjustment is a very simple (non-sexual) Tantric sexually inspired exercise designed to help you nourish your relationship without being naked. Book a virtual coffee with me and I will tell you.

Do you Need help figuring out how to bring this energy into your relationship – don’t get involved in your partner, but you don’t know where to start? Start here.

XO,
simple

PS: There is a connective thread between issuance and treatment in Tantric practice and a connective thread between 5 paths hypnosis work done with clients over the past two years. I would also love to share more information about this on our phone.
