Radiation and Reality: Wake up your happy body this summer

📞

Intent to enter summer

Your happy body is calling. Summer – full of warmth, light and expansion – is the perfect time to get back to this radiant part of yourself. A pleasant body is not only about sex; it is your full body ability to feel joy, fulfillment and connection. As we enter this vibrant season, we are invited to slow down, soften and awaken our feelings, emotions and energy of being fully alive.

Rather than rushing months, why not slow down and reconnect with your sexy, vibrant, and inner wisdom? This is an invitation to awaken your pleasant body and restore your inner pleasure.

What is a pleasant body?

“A pleasurable body” is not only related to sex. Although sexual pleasure plays a role, this concept is further reached. It tells a variety of sensory, emotional, spiritual and dynamic experiences that make life rich and fulfilling.

Your happy body includes your abilities:

  • Sensory joy: The warmth of the sun, the smell of fruits in summer, and the aroma of jasmine flowers.

  • Emotionally rich: Moments of connection, laughter, loneliness or creativity.

  • Spiritual expansion: Awe, gratitude and greater feelings.

  • Vibrant flow: Inner pulse, intuition and desire.

Return to your inner attitude

Have somatic, seasonal and ancestral wisdom

For many, the disconnection of pleasure stems from cultural regulation or unresolved experiences. Thankfully, there are some accessible practices that can help guide us home again.

Physical practice
The body remembers what the brain forgets. Mindful movements, breathing and body scanning help release tension and invite joy. These techniques deepen people’s awareness of the subtle feelings and emotions that you already live in.

Seasonal alignment
Nature provides a powerful mirror. Summer encourages playfulness, openness and acceptance. Just as flowers turn to the sun, you can bloom by forming an alliance with the energy of the season.

Ancestor Practice
Throughout the culture, ancestors respect the sacredness of the body. Through rituals, nature and self-care reconnect with the wisdom of ancestors can be based on one’s own resilience and sensual power.

Release shame and embrace value

Shame, introvert and numbness are often learned, not born. These emotions often appear from external information, telling us that pleasure is selfish or “too much.” If you are looking for a deeper recovery, explore how EMDR therapy can help you reconnect with your physical and emotional self. ”

Now it’s time to let these narratives go. Pleasure is a right to birth, not a luxury. When you make yourself feel good, you not only benefit—you exudes the healing energy of the world around you.

Personal Journey: Memorial of a Variety of Experiences

Pleasure is not omnipotent. It is shaped by your gender identity, cultural background and life experience. What brings joy to one person can be neutral or even uncomfortable with another person.

So, it is a journey of self-discovery. Your way is the right way. Respect your truth and follow your feelings about you.

Mini Practice: Ignite Sensory Joy

Try this simple exercise to reconnect with your body:

  1. Create a sacred space: Choose a quiet place. Light a candle, play soft music or spread the scent you like.

  2. Awaken the senses: Take three deep breaths. Pay attention to the sounds you hear, feel and smell.

  3. Soft Touch Meditation: Gently touch your face, arms, abdomen and legs. Get close to the body with softness and care.

  4. Talking about your desires: Use one hand to your heart and one hand to your abdomen to speak out the little fun you want to invite today.

  5. Accept and confirm: Visualize yourself to get this pleasure. Take a deep breath and confirm: “I deserve it. My body is wise. I welcome joy.”

  6. Optional diary: Reflect on anything that appears during your practice.

Conclusion: Rewards, not losses

Release the idea that you have to suppress your emotions or desires is not a loss, but a reward. Return to your own value, deep feelings and your vibrant right.

Restoring a happy body is a sacred act of healing. It promotes compassion, presence and connection – being with yourself and others.
