Rabbit vibrator does not work

Hi, I need help I bought a UNVOMI rotating rabbit vibrator. It worked great… until today it decided not to vibrate anymore It is charged (uses the magnetic port to charge) and the rotating part works… just not vibrating Is there a solution? I can’t find the instructions so don’t know if it has some button combination to stop it from vibrating
