Questions about cleaning before anal sex

So today I went out and bought my first dildo. Of course, I tried it out as soon as I got the chance. However, after using it, I discovered some…problems, like cleanliness and so on. I’ve heard of using enemas for cleaning and such, but I don’t know where or what to buy.
