Question about a mens toy

Im thinking about buying a cock ring for the first time to use with my fleshlights, and I need a couple answers first. Should I buy a vibrating ring or a non vibrating one to start with, or does it really matter much? Secondly, does anyone know good brands of rings? Im looking for something preferably no more than $50 but also still good quality. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
