Penis massagers, such as shiatsu neck/chair massagers

Looking for something I can put on my penis (and testicles if possible) to give them a more full massage (not vibrating or stroking). More like a shiatsu neck/chair massager with rolling/compression, heat, etc. I’ve used a few shiatsu neck massagers and they do kind of work but are bulky, don’t hold things in the right places, and don’t offer rolling features. Really would like to have this so I can be hands free while sitting. Any suggestions?
