NJ singer's fiancé canceled her wedding, turning it into

Her wedding was cancelled – but her performance had to continue.

The fiancé of New Jersey native Noelle Salvati canceled her wedding without a month’s explanation, and then she started walking down the aisle, but not only did the singer-songwriter continue to move forward, but her heartbreak turned into a musical.

The show debuted 14 years later, which is her wedding date.

“I was supposed to be married on October 1st and I was wearing my last outfit, coming back from Kleinfield with my best friend, and then I walked into my apartment and realized, ‘Oh, I haven’t heard of it from my fiancé’, I went to call him and his number was no longer serving,” Salvati, 41, recalled the post.

“A day or two later, I got an email from him. Basically, ‘I’m calling by my side. I suggest you do the same thing.'”

Salvati meets her ex, who dates for three years, passes by a couple living in her building, recalling the low point of returning to the apartment they once shared after he moved out.

“I cleaned up the closet and everything about him disappeared. I remember to kneel down,” she said.

“I’m broken. If I’m totally honest, it’s really hard for me to put myself back in place again. No, I’ll never close.”

It all changed with the way “Slide Right: New Musical” premiered, from the end of the trauma to interactions with songs like “Ghosted” and “Coward” and her post-breakup dating life.

After the split in 2011, Salvati, who had never used a dating app before, entered the world of online dating and took her disaster story about her friend and Hoboken resident Michael Attanasio.

“Noelle sang a date at some point and I was like, ‘It’s really fun. Maybe we can do something ridiculous about the ridiculousness of online dating.”

Still looking for Mr. Right, Salvati also wrote songs for the musical, which only lasted one night on the night of October 1 at the Triad Theater on the Upper West Side.

She recalls a strange encounter with her, a person claiming to be divorced.

“After one of our dates, he invited me back to his place to listen to some music and hang out. When he showed me the apartment, he casually mentioned that a room we passed by was actually his ex-wife’s room,” she said.

“After a cold remark, he told me that his ex-wife still lives with him as his roommate.”

Between each song, the actor also reveals their worst first date experience, one of which is a woman who is with a man for months until he asks an unsettling question.

“He mentioned a little bit very casually, ‘I have a problem.

She was like, “Wait, what do you mean?” This basically led him to admit that he wanted to try cannibal. ”

Salvati added: “But he doesn’t want her to eat McDonald’s.”
