I have now received 2 separate Mission 2s from Lovense. When I first got the device, it powered on, vibrated, and switched to touch-sensitive mode, but didn’t seem to work properly. After pairing it with the app, it prompted me to update the firewall software before continuing. I completed the update and was asked to touch the device to calibrate its sensitivity. After doing this, I turned it off. However, when I tried to turn it back on to test it with the app, it failed to pair and turned off again. When I tried to turn it on without the app, the lights would briefly come on and then turn off. Lovense considered the device defective and sent me a replacement. The new device powered on and seemed to work fine, although it was a bit louder than expected. The touch sensitivity worked fine. I tried to pair it with the app, but it required an update before continuing. After performing the update, it failed and repeated the same problem as before. The Mission 2 would only briefly flash the lights and then turn off. Bluetooth would not work with it at all. Has anyone experienced this before? Is there a way to fix this? I really don’t want a refund.
