In fact, according to the latest data from Zola, the online wedding planning center, the average price of Our Lady’s marriage is $57,706, making it the second most expensive place to hitchhike in the United States.

Hawaii lovers have to spend an average of $32,280, have to watch 879 days, and pile 126 Paystubs at luxurious ceremonies. But Alaska lovers only need to work 198 shifts and save 28 checks to meet the statewide average of $16,150 for weddings.
It’s an investment in the heart, but it’s a financial shock to the gut.
