Need help finding a specific toy

Hi! I’m struggling to find a specific toy. I tried google image search but I haven’t found it on any reputable sites. Can anyone help me find it or something really close to it? The flicking part is the most important to me. Not sure if there’s another proper term to refer to the flicking but hopefully you guys understand what I mean 😅TIA!
