Need help cleaning anus in college

I’m M18, in college, and don’t know how to clean my anus. At home I could douche, but there was no place in the dorm to really do that. I’ve been trying to eat as much fiber as possible for a week but that doesn’t seem to be working either. I’m wondering if I should eat less and drink a lot of water the day before if I want to do something. But I’m running out of ideas and I thought I’d seek some advice.
