It can also significantly reduce stress and create a sense of relaxation.”

Sitting meditation
With your legs crossed, facing each other with plenty of space, you can reach out and touch your partner to deepen your connection and strengthen trust.
Sitting spine twisted
Sitting on the ground, crossing your legs and gently rotate your torso to one side to ground your hips. This revival twist should improve spinal mobility and release muscle tone.
Seat wide legs front pleats
One partner has legs spread out while the other partner is spread apart, and the other partner sits opposite them, with legs spread apart, high position.
Sitting partners should attract their core by raising their chest and picking up their navel as they inhale. Then, they should articulate gently on the hips as they exhale, keeping their back straight and extending their partner’s hands.
This action of opening the hip joint is designed to encourage mindfulness and communication.
Double tree pose
Stand side by side with your partner with your feet flat on the floor. Lift the outer leg and place it inside the thigh. Hold your partner and raise your hands in a prayer position.
There are several variations in this pose, which allows couples to practice balance and stability while promoting connection.
Children’s posture assistance
End the yoga session and let a partner enter the child’s pose – kneel on the floor, sit on the heel, and slowly bend forward. Another partner gently applies pressure to the hips or thighs to help deepen stretching and release tension.
