My vibrator is broken.

I bought a cheap one from Amorelie. It was working fine yesterday but after I tried to charge it there was a burning smell at the power button. How do I discard it? I’m worried it will catch fire somehow. It also won’t turn on. Only the light comes on. Update: I removed the bottom and cut the cables connecting the battery to the motor and threw the whole thing into an e-waste bin in a non-flammable container. I’m still alive, just a little shocked for obvious reasons.
