Romanova considers herself a role model for her teenage daughter, showing her “the power and independence of women.”

Despite facing judgment and social stigma, Romanova says she still builds on her choices and takes pride in the life she has built for herself and her children.

She hopes that by sharing her story, she can help change the conversation around sex work and motherhood.

“There is still a lot of stigma there, but I have built a strong sense of self,” she said.
