My new (larger) butt plug certainly doesn’t feel that way…

I’m a total newbie and the first butt plug I bought was about three months ago and if I remember correctly it was about 0.9 inches in diameter. I decided to go for something bigger and bought a second butt plug which is much shorter but about 1.1 inches in width. The problem is, it doesn’t feel very good. It’s not that it doesn’t feel good, it’s just not felt. I can barely feel it, it’s just there. The only feeling I have is sometimes a little uncomfortable when I feel it pushing against the inner wall. I’m pretty sure I have the position right and it doesn’t feel like poking with the tip, it’s more like it feels weird around the thick part of the toy. This is weird because my first experience with the first butt plug was amazing and it was the most pleasurable thing I could think of. So I thought a bigger butt plug would give the same feeling when it felt too small, but it doesn’t. I don’t have that full feeling anymore, even though it’s bigger. When I get used to it, it won’t feel uncomfortable anymore because it pushes against the wall? Maybe I just need to go a little bigger but at the moment it’s impossible for me to buy a bigger one. I’ve only worn this butt plug a few times. Will it get more comfortable over time? Do I just need to get used to wearing it? Thanks!
