love honey CANADA still charges customs duties?

Pink Cherry keeps using carriers that can’t get the goods to me so I don’t work with them anymore, it’s too annoying. Last time I ordered from love honey canada I had to pay customs duty so I never ordered from them again. Does anyone know if they still charge customs duty to Canadians?
