The easiest way to find heaven is to slowly move away from hell.

As active sex and porn addicts, we lose control of our abilities no Engaging in sexual fantasies and sexual behaviors. We try to quit smoking or cut back on spending, make commitments to ourselves and others, but these efforts repeatedly fail. We said we wouldn’t watch porn today, but then we did. We said we wouldn’t log into our hookup app tonight, but then we did. We say we will never cheat on our spouse again, but then we do it anyway. This is a sign that we are out of control. Alcoholism, drugs, gambling, and other addictive behaviors can lead to the same loss of control.
