Looking for deep anal vibrator

Hello, as the title says, Im looking for a deep anal vibrator. Something like a ball vibrator 3-5 cm in diameter on a flexible but firm thin rod with minimum insertable length of 40 cm and a handle controling the ball on the other end.

I’m unable to find anything even close to this design.
