Look for the “Press to Vibrate” feature

I’m looking for a vibrator that turns on when the button is pressed and turns off when the button is released. Ideally there would be no delay between when I press and when it starts vibrating. It’s really hard to find this feature (I don’t know what I’m searching for) so does anyone know of a product like this?
