Is this plug safe? (from a basic perspective)

Hi everyone. I was looking at some plugs online and came across one with a heart-shaped base (this reference I’ve read a lot of posts recommending a T-base instead of a gem plug, but I don’t know if it’s a matter of size or shape. Do you guys think this plug is safe, or should I look for another one? Thanks in advance for your input! ❤️
