Is this normal?

I recently did some dildo training (10 inches) while coming and noticed this faded red color, which I suspected as blood. But not thick enough to be concerning.

Is this normal? I used lube as well. Should I wait like a week before going again. Pooping doesn’t hurt. What should I do?
