Is there any toy that can help increase stamina? (Male)

I can last 5 to 10 minutes during masturbation but I can only last a couple of pumps during sex.

I think I might have weak muscles down there. I am looking for toys or products that will help me increase my stamina.

The only toy that I know of is the stamina training unit. I am not sure if it works.
