Currently, Sakebaro operates in Tokyo’s Nakameguro and Aoyama regions, Higashiyama in Kyoto and Nakasu in Fukuka. For curiosity, some of these locations open doors for special dinner services, allowing visitors outside to peek out into a member-only world. Guests can attend course meals designed to complement the complexity of sake, each carefully selected with an in-house sommelier and paired with dishes that enhance the drink without flooding the drink.

Each of these spaces embodies the grace and history of the surrounding areas. In the spring, the location of Nakameguro is decorated with a large number of cherry blossoms. The Higashiyama location features Tatami rooms on the second floor and a golden leaf bar. The counter of nakasu is made of tin, which feels cool and quiet and elegant.
