Inflatable dildo – knotted?

I’m looking for an inflatable dildo/vaginal plug, with a “knot”, although I don’t really care about the visual. The goal is to be able to inflate it so that it locks in behind my pubic bone and can’t really be removed without deflating. Needs to have a base that’s tolerable to wear, and a removable air hose/pump/release valve.

Does such a thing exist?
