Identify women's sexual and porn addiction

Addiction does not know race or gender. It has no distinction.

Women and porn addicts may be harder to diagnose and treat than men and porn addicts. This is at least partly attributed to sociocultural attitudes toward sex. Men with a lot of sexual behavior are often celebrated as “studs” and “players”, while women with sexual behavior are deprecated as “sluts” and “fanies.” Therefore, men and porn addicts are often willing to discuss their sexual behavior. They may even be proud of their sex life. On the contrary, female sex and porn addicts (even if they act frequently in the same way, in similar places and at the same frequency as males, they will downplay their sexual participation, and instead discuss their behavior in Relationship, dating and intimacy aspects.
