I received a second-hand sex toy

This was truly the worst and most unexpected purchase I have ever made. I ordered a toy on Amazon. It arrived the same day. Once I got the packaging, I noticed that the box was opened from the beginning, then when I tore open the packaging to open the box, I noticed that the bag that contained the toy was also torn open, the entire box was wet and greasy, and the toy itself was covered in lube…some Amazon employee must have used it before it got to me, because there was no other way, as far as I know from the policy, this toy cannot be returned, and no one in the reviews has commented on such an issue. I am almost certain that there was some conspiracy behind this by some employee who should be fired and held accountable, because this is a crime in so many ways. Edit: The toy is made of silicone, and the “tamper-proof” packaging inside was obviously torn open by someone. Not to mention, 2 of the 3 packets of lube that were supposed to be in the box were missing, thankfully I got a refund
