I just got my first toy, how do I clean it?

I just bought my first toy, it’s 100% silicone, has no moving parts and requires no charging. I don’t have any detergent and I’m not sure my hand sanitizer will be enough to clean it. Can I use rubbing alcohol or witch hazel?
