I have an anal toy but I can’t get it to go deep

I have been anally trained for several years. The diameter can go quite large. But I stumbled upon a problem, I have just ordered a new toy, it is a knotted dog toy. The usable length is about 20cm and the knot is 7.5cm. When I get about 3/4 of the way through the knot, I start to hurt inside, so it’s not my hole. Please can someone help me out. I have experienced this with other toys and can’t seem to find a solution. I suspect it is my sigmoid that is the problem as I have been inserted 60cm deep in my anus. DM is open
