I Got My First Dildo But Didn’t Know If I Was Doing Anything…

I’m a guy and I just bought my first dildo (7.5 inches). I can get it in 2/3 with lube but it doesn’t feel good, kind of makes me feel like I need to poop, haha, and I can’t find my prostate with my fingers either? Any suggestions on how to improve my experience?
