Using a urethral dilator

Using a urethral dilator

This week we had a few customers ask about how to use a urethral dilator. When I was first asked this question I was stunned and had no idea what she meant. Luckily I was able to do a quick search online. This was the perfect opportunity for me to learn something new to use in my review this week

After some research, I came to a conclusion. There are many different ways to use dilators. Here are some of the main reasons I came across and why you might want to know this information for future use.

Curvature Cancer – Brachytherapy

Another reason we use dilators is to maintain vaginal size. This is helpful after menopause or cancer treatment. Dilators can help women maintain enough width to be able to have intercourse without pain. They are also helpful during that time after menopause when patients need to take anti-estrogen treatments for breast cancer. They are also commonly used to prevent scarring during graft-versus-host syndrome after stem cell or bone marrow transplants.

Some women are born without a vagina

What I didn’t know was that some women are born without a vagina. They have a little dimple-like hole in their vagina that has no way out. When they are teenagers, they have two options. One is surgery, and the other is to use a dilator. They start by pressing the dilator into their vaginal opening for about half an hour twice a day.

After a few weeks, their vagina can start to get deeper enough to have intercourse with a partner. They need to keep up with regular dilations or intercourse to maintain their vaginal canal. Sometimes their condition may involve abnormally low hormone levels, in which case they need to use estrogen creams to improve stretching of the vaginal area.

Dilators and Vibrators

Some people may claim that using different sized vibrators will give you more positive effects than using different sized vibrators. Using a Dilatorthese people believe that vibrators can cause sexual arousal, thereby creating more blood flow or even just making the process more pleasurable.

Some also tell women that to get a realistic sensation, they should look for something shaped more like a penis, in a variety of sizes, or even just what she wants. Arousal often helps bring more blood flow, which allows more oxygen to flow to the tiny blood vessels in the vaginal area, which also helps keep the tissue healthy.

Some educators worry that using a vibrator without the other program parts will prevent women from understanding their anatomy, including full control of their pelvic floor muscles. Even though most vibrators have a large number of different sized adjustable tips to fit the vagina, there is no wide range of commercial dilators, which may reduce women’s freedom to customize dilation.

Dilator Insertion

This is often referred to as penetration anxiety. Also known as pelvic floor myalgia, it refers to the intense fear some women have of having something go into their vagina. Most therapists tend to believe that this phobia is only really triggered when a partner tries to insert a finger or penis into the vaginal opening. A good way to overcome this is to use a dilator, which will give women more control over what goes into their vagina.

Vaginal reconstruction

After a woman has surgery Rebuilding her vagina She may be given custom dilators to wear for several hours a day, even while sleeping, due to birth defects, health problems later in life, or after cancer treatment. It helps the reconstructed vagina stay deep and as wide as possible while it heals. They are more likely to be used if the vagina was created using skin grafts. They may not be needed for reconstructions built from flaps of intestine, skin, or muscle.

Simple use of dilator

Start with a size that is comfortable for you. One that can be inserted into your vagina effortlessly. Make sure not to forget to apply lubrication and repeat as needed

If you are lying on your back, you need to remember that your vagina is angled slightly downward in this position and do not push the dilator in with a right-angle motion.

Make sure you know how to contract your muscles, relax them as you insert the dilator, and then tense them once the dilator is fully inserted.

– If you feel sexual pleasure from the dilator, you can move it left and right to create good sensations

– If you find it difficult to keep the dilator in for several minutes at a time, try reading or watching TV

– After radiation therapy, surgery, or graft-versus-host disease, dilators can cause harm if used improperly. Always consult your medical team to properly guide you in the use of dilators. It is known that pushing or moving dilators too roughly in delicate or scarred areas may cause further injury.
