How to use a clitoral sucking toy during PIV?

My partner falls into the camp that can only orgasm with a clitoral sucking toy, so if she really wants to orgasm during sex, we’re pretty much stuck with prone or other similar easy-to-orgasm positions. We both really like woman-on-top positions, but those don’t leave room for a vibrator. I’ve seen mediocre reviews of an interesting toy, the Inya Grinding Pad, which can be used during sex, but the vibrating effect is not impressive. Has anyone heard of any way to stimulate the clitoris while woman-on-top (or other similarly tricky positions, like missionary)?
