How much does price affect the quality of a toy?

In your experience, how much does the price of a toy affect its quality? For example, I can buy a $155 toy from Bad Dragon, or find a similar toy on Amazon for around $50. I’d love to hear everyone’s opinions on whether the higher price is worth it.
