How can I build a loving relationship and a career success? –

Dear Sybersue Dating Relationship Coach

Dear Sybersue,

My career was very successful and very motivated. Unfortunately, I don’t have much time now. I am an attractive extroverted 33 year old woman. I was worried about spending too much time outside the love market and I was going to walk on the road alone. How do I make my career and love of life a healthy compromise? Men say they like independent women, but my experience has always been the opposite. It seemed to scare them!

My schedule is very tight. However, I do have some useful assistants. I know I should delegate more of the required workload to them. This will give me some much-needed time off a week. They have always been willing to take over some time-consuming tasks, which has made me too busy. Their goal is to drive me out of the office more often. They want me to start dating and live a life.

I admit I am a workaholic and it is becoming a lonely habit that makes me a little secluded. I used to be a funny woman who never had any trouble with dating. Sadly, that was 8 years ago. I’ve been career-driven since then and prioritized it over all other issues! Everyone thinks it is an easy solution. But, I am addicted to work and I love my work. I grew up from scratch, which made it even harder to spend time.

What can I do to get rid of the annoying situation I’m stuck in?

Thank you very much Daniel

Dear Danielle,

Your question is the question many established professional women ask themselves today. Becoming a successful businesswoman is not easy. Managing a family, raising a family, and becoming a loving wife just adds to the challenge. You need to make sure compromises.

I agree that you should seek regular help from your assistant throughout the weekdays. It is important to save some energy for your personal life. If you want to meet with a potential partner, you have to leave and become social. It was so easy to lie on the sofa and recover. You don’t want to end up in a robot mindset without any romantic romance.

One of the main reasons some couples have problems is when a partner repeats becomes the last priority. Freeing up love in life can keep you healthy balance. This is as important as taking the next ladder to a higher level of career. Sometimes it takes a huge price to pay for it. What is that expression? “The top can be very lonely.”

You sent me your question because you want to change things in your life. Admit it was a good start. You are now understanding that you will feel uneasy even though you value your work. Love and romance are missing works. Even your staff encourages you to go out and meet someone. It’s great that you have their support.

You are 33 years old and may one day have children interested. Pressure is not the best way to do it in the future. Start putting some of your energy into other priorities outside of your work now. Socializing regularly and meeting new people will bring you more opportunities for dates. If you need a push, ask a friend to help you set up an online dating account. There is no harm in trying for months to help you get back into the dating world.

5 easy steps to help you start dating again:

  1. Spend a few hours a day to get to the office and then your home does something fun! Put yourself in a hybrid environment that forces you to interact with others. Go to the gym. Visit the bar and sit in the bar. Participate in group activities. Register for fitness classes or weekly rotation classes. Put yourself anywhere people talk to each other!
  2. Don’t put pressure on yourself immediately. Stay friendly and relaxed when you meet someone who is fun. Don’t discuss work with anyone after leaving the office!
  3. Rebuild your friendships that have been placed on the burner behind. Also willing to meet new people. This will help you leave and socialize. It allows you to meet more people. Later on, through these connections, it is always very likely that you will meet a good person.
  4. Familiar with dating sites, apps, or single Hangouts in your city. It is important to understand what will happen. You have been in the market for the past 8 years. The situation in your 30s is very different from that in your 20s.
  5. Say yes to the invitation! Don’t find excuses or ruin things because you’re afraid that someone will take you away from your career. You can have both, but you have to compromise to do that.

Here are some things you can do to maintain a healthy balance in your life.

  • Choose a companion who appreciates your ambitions. He should be glad you live an interesting life, which can also give him a period. Most men don’t want a stubborn woman who lives just for them. They don’t like feeling suffocated.
  • He should also be career-oriented, otherwise he may be dissatisfied with your achievements. (So, people still love to bring home buffalo!)
  • Be careful how independent you are. You must be publicly available for communication and emotionality. Some women have raised large walls that do not need men. It is necessary to show your partner that you want him throughout your life.
  • When you are in a relationship, it is important to respect each other’s personality. You both must also invest in couples. One-sided relationship does not work!
  • Help each other through work programmes. Building relationship builders are trusting each other’s goals and supporting each other’s dreams.
  • Never be busy making phone calls or texting all day. Focus on having a great time with them. Be careful not to make them feel like they can do everything without them. We all like to feel wanted and appreciated.
  • When you are in a relationship with a busy professional couple; I recommend hiring someone to help at home. The last thing you want is to connect with family responsibilities and your commitment to work.
  • Regular date nights are also crucial to keeping romantic connections. This will always make the sparks in your partnership.

If you do decide to build a family on the way:

Be realistic when deciding to build a family. Some professions don’t spend much time enjoying personal life or raising children. Your children and partner should always prioritize work. Know each other. Not everyone wants kids, so make sure you are on the same page.

If you have children, schedule regular date nights. Always make sure you have some quality time. Ask your family for help so that the kids can see their relatives, not just babysitters. Hire a teenager nearby to mow the lawn, buy groceries or do other errands. It’s worth a few dollars in the long run and gives you more time to relationships.

Finish

Being an attractive and smart woman is a great property, but not always enough. You have to show emotionally and publicly show that you can accept a reciprocating partnership. Let your guard and “I’m too busy with my career” wall. You will never regret the love in your life!

Relationships are beautiful and happen naturally when your heart is available. When you don’t desperately search for love, it will find your way! Keep your eyes, thoughts and heart open, but don’t give up on your career aspirations. Trust you can make and change it at the same time to make it happen in your life. Compromise is the key to any wonderful long-term relationship.

Love happens at all ages, and sometimes fate brings it around at perfect moments. I hope you love and happiness move forward. Always be true to yourself and express your desires by believing that you should build a loving partnership in your life.
