Foreplay is important. This is important. Foreplay is a must if you want her to enjoy sex.
One well-done study found that manual and oral foreplay increased a woman’s odds of orgasming. Oral is better, but either has to be done. Good foreplay has been found to be especially important for women with low desire, with oral foreplay more than doubling their chances of orgasm.
Besides foreplay, position is important. Two-thirds of women orgasm when the woman is at her peak, or when the couple uses multiple positions during one intercourse. When the man is on top, it falls to less than half. This is an important difference.
