Helping to clone a penis

My boyfriend and I have tried to use the clone penis kit several times but we keep having problems with too much of the alginate falling out and creating a lot of big bubbles. His penis is curved so it’s hard to get it in right so we have to move it around a bit after we put it in and I don’t know if that’s part of the problem. His penis really wants to be upright but gravity isn’t working and we don’t know what to do. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
