Help me (First time using a butt plug)

Hi there, I wanted to ask if any of you could help me with using a butt plug for the first time. So I bought the lovense Hush 2 1″ 75 because I didn’t want to buy multiple because those are expensive. I just wanted to know if any of you had any tips for easier insertion.
