Help finding some type of anal toy, hybrid plug/dildo?

So I’m looking for something to put in my butt so that my hole can be completely closed, aka fully inserted. I know it’s not safe to fully insert something without something sticking out to pull it out, so it either needs a narrow bit with a flared base like a plug, or a string to get it out. I’m mainly looking for something like a bead like this, but I want something longer. Essentially I’m looking for something long and smooth, basically like a long dildo, but with the outer end more like a butt plug, so with a narrow bit so that your hole can be truly closed. It doesn’t have to be super long like some of the “colon snake” toys, but I don’t want something that’s round like a ball, or something that’s only a few inches long like a plug. I’d say I’d probably want it to be at least eight inches long. Something that’s at least somewhat flexible would be a plus. I know this is specific and probably not what most people are looking for, but if anyone has any experience or suggestions I’d appreciate it because I haven’t had much luck looking online.
