Has anyone had this happen?

(First time poster, mobile so please forgive me)

Recently purchased Lovense Nora 2, and the first two months with the product were great, had a easy time caring for the toy.

Following that, one day came and the toy’s secondary motor didn’t feel right, it stopped moving, the vibrator function still worked, but the stimulator didn’t.

I’m wondering how common this problem is? Can anyone give any advice?
