Gen Z women are proposing to young finance professionals

A young Australian entrepreneur with a large online following received a formal business proposal from a woman who wanted to date him.

Kyle Hunt was confused when he received a pitch document from an admirer detailing why he should invite her to an event she was about to attend.

The 25-year-old is the CEO of three companies, has more than 80 employees, and has about 155,000 followers on TikTok and 37,500 on Instagram.

Mr. Hunter, who grew up in foster care and rose quickly in the business world, is accustomed to reviewing partnership proposals from eager corporate suitors.

But on Monday, a very different kind of news arrived in his inbox.

A young woman named Ebony created a short but compelling six-page PowerPoint presentation and invited him to accompany her to a local baseball team’s presentation night.

“I love your love of PowerPoint,” she wrote.

In the document, Ebony outlined the business case for the “value proposition” of spending a night together at a party.

As well as being a “hot date” and providing entertaining fodder for his online fans, the meeting also featured a roast dinner, games and raffles, and inclusion in “a new culture of sports”.

Like all good proposals, she foresaw some potential obstacles to her plan – in this case, Mr. Hunt’s “time constraints.”

But to address that challenge, the proposal highlights the benefits of a “good diet” and some much-needed “work breaks”.

Ebony added that the date would not only allow him to have a good night, but also give him the opportunity to do whatever he wants.

“I didn’t open it initially because I didn’t know what it was,” Mr Hunt told news.com.au.

“A few days later, she wrote me again, drawing my attention to page five and the risk overview of management resources and emergency funds. I thought it was related to my job, then I opened it and couldn’t believe it.”

The detailed document was unlike anything he had seen before, and, at least personally, he was impressed.

“I’m definitely interested.

Unfortunately, by the time he saw the proposal, the big night was over.

“It was the weekend and unfortunately I didn’t open it until yesterday. But I think it’s possible to schedule it again. We’ll see.”

After getting Ebony’s approval, Mr Hunt shared a screenshot of the proposal on social media and was shocked by the response he received. TikTok/kylehunt_

After getting Ebony’s approval, Mr Hunt shared a screenshot of the proposal on social media and was shocked by the response he received.

“I got like 8,000 responses. That’s actually the most responses I’ve ever gotten to an Instagram story. People are loving it. It’s awesome.”

He said his staff had been joking about the amount of attention he had been getting all morning.

Hunter, for his part, is undeniably an eligible bachelor, and his posts are often followed by questions about his relationship status and interest in love.

He often shares his inspiring story of overcoming childhood difficulties and founding several successful companies.

Back in March this year, the boss of the Healthcare Providers Association, digital consultancy Provider Digital and medical cannabis supplier Rumen revealed the key to his success to news.com.au.

His unique approach to workplace culture has not only enabled his business operations to have high retention rates, but has also made positions highly sought after among younger employees.

Mr Hunt said he was guaranteed to receive “a thousand applications or more” whenever a vacancy was posted.
