Fun Factory was disappointing…will never come again

I purchased the Fun Factory Vim in early August. It does not work. The highest setting is weaker than the lowest setting on the regular Adam and Eve wand I bought 8 years ago when the battery was running low. I went through the proper warranty process to get a replacement. They offer any toy as a replacement but they only have the Vim specifically for the wand so I requested another one. Used the new wand once and ended up having the same problem as the wand I originally purchased. I searched on reddit and the internet and found out that this is a recurring problem with Fun Factory, especially the VIM. They told me this was the last time I would receive a replacement and I honestly thought I was going to receive another broken toy. I spent $160 on this stupid wand and honestly I want everyone to know it was not worth it. Multiple reviews say it takes over 8 hours to charge for an hour of play, in addition to the motor being broken and the replacement being broken. I shouldn’t have let a Hollywood scam employee force me into this.
