Fix for Bubbles in “Clone a Willie”?

Used clone a Willie yesterday and it came out looking great except a few bubbles. Is there any fix for this? Could I fill those bubbles with extra silicone or even patch it with some type of body safe epoxy resin if it exists? Is it still safe as long as we clean it well?
