Find the big plug

So I’m a huge fan of wearing earplugs and lately I’ve been going up a size but I’ve gotten to the point where none of my earplugs can be considered secure. I’m looking for an ideal earplug that’s about 3 inches wide (or wider) but still discreet and comfortable to wear for hours. I don’t want anything air-filled since I’ll be wearing it in public. Does anyone have any suggestions or know of anything that would satisfy this need? Vibrating earplugs are also welcome as long as there are no wires or tubes.
