Twice a year, the streets of Tokyo are more dazzling than usual. Reason: Tokyo Fashion Week, seeing journalists and influential people flock to the scene and become part of the charming event. This year’s fall/winter collection will take place between March 17 and March 22 and will feature 37 brands across the venues throughout Tokyo, including Spiral Hall and Toda Hall, another exciting week.
Tokyo Fashion Week is officially titled “Lakuten Fashion Week Tokyo”, and may not be ranked fourth in fashion week, but it has its own charm. It shows exciting brands that have built up good brands while others are rising. Because it doesn’t blow to the level of New York or Paris, Tokyo Fashion Week is earthy and innovative.
