Fake orgasms are a common topic of discussion in the popular media, from television (e.g., Seinfeld, Sex and the City) to film (e.g., When Harry Met Sally). So just how many people have faked a climax before and why did they do it? Also, are fake orgasms unique to women as most media depictions suggest, or do men pretend to climax sometimes too?
